There are individual public domain PDF files, one for each book of the Tanakh, here at https://letterishebrew.wordpress.com/
It is a parallel Bible with the King James version and the Letteris Hebrew from the 1903 public domain scan of the book. Read the preface file at the site I linked in the above paragraph if you want to know more about the files. This KJV-Letteris Tanakh is very helpful for learning Hebrew. This Hebrew Letteris version was edited by Meir Letteris (In the mid 1800's it seems). This is essentially an upgrade of the Great Rabbinic Bible versions that Letteris based his work on. The KJV was also translated from the Great Rabbinic Bible versions, so it makes sense to put the KJV English next to the Letteris Hebrew. Meir put the Tanakh in the traditional Jewish book order, but the wordpress page I linked about lists them with the Christian book order. The number of the book is listed first, then the book name on the wordpress site. The link above now also has the public domain Second Great Rabbinic Bible available to download. It was the predecessor to the Letteris Version. |
